finally found tis photo taken years bac... GO-KART, once my fav...
Yr2003 - hurt my back during the go-kart, exactly the day we took tis photo... pain is killing me...took a jap from DocTong cos i cant even walk... n tot no big deal cos i can run an hr later n survive till now
ytd - back pain again.... sinseh say muscle wear n tear n might have inflamation... therapy twice a week n can only concentrate on yoga... no more combat for me time being... not big problem... dun worry hor...
knn...PAIN came back the very night again = insomnia 
went to see ang moh doc tis am... said the same thing...dun hav 2worry... muscle strainED... was given painkiller, muscle relaxant n fast relief for muscle aches cream...
ALL NO USE!!!!! IM STILL IN PAIN
i did nothing.... tis week... wat had happened???
